  • vitamin d is good 4 healthy pure skin
    also there are supplements u can take that have vitamins
    it will improve your hair skin and nails
    just go 2 a health store or trusted pharmacy

    orange juice.

    fish/salmon.

    green vegatables.


  • Lots of protein rich foods, and foods, and/or supplements with b-vitamins!!
