more dark clouds on CA horizon?

I was reading a story in YEG Journal this a.m. business section, but have been unable to locate it on web yet. It was something to the effect that the company that processes AC's credit card transactions wants it to pony up almost half a billion dollars other wise this company will no longer allow AC to accept plastic as payment for future transactions. Anyone else read the story or have online links?

This is a potentially HUGE snag as AC tries to restructure, even more so in light of the courts decision yesterday to not give AC as much wiggle room when dealing with labor contracts.

I think this came up a while ago? Under CCCA would any supplier have the right to suspend service?
