  • what are some healthy foods to keep me active and felling good? i get tired alot and feel un nutrialised. i want to know the best way to feel better?


  • You might need to eat small meals many times a day...they need to be balaned meals & drinking enough water is something that will give you more energy & making sure you are breathing cause I was holding my breath when I typed for example & you need oxegen...if you don't exercise start doing something for a few min. a day & then add 5 min the same time each day till you get to a point you can handle if you know you can only do 15 min fine but no less than that..make sure you are getting enough carbs & protein.


  • I lost 50 pounds. Here is a tip that helped me feel less tired and more active, you probably won't believe this but it worked for me. Completely cut your candy and soda/pop/soft drinks whatever you want to call them. Replace candy with fruits and vegetables, baby carrots and celery with ranch dressing is a good treat. Also replace soft drinks with water, don't even do energy drinks because they work the same as soft drinks because they give you a 30 minute sugar rush, then you get burned out and feel tired. It took about a week or two before my tired and laziness went away, so give it time it will make your body feel a whole lot better. This will work if you want to lose weight or if you just want to be more alert. 1 more tip, don't stuff yourself full for a meal, that will make you tired too.


  • oats..natural oats oatmeal..fruit veges pasta
    eggs toast ham turkey chicken steak sweet potatoes luna bars kashi go lean cereal and tlc bars skim milk mixed nuts peanut butter

    my fav "energy snacks" are pb and banana on wheat
    sweet potatoes and chicken breast
    oatmeal w/ strawberries a glass of milk and a hard boiled egg
    kashi TLC bar w/ 1tbsp PB and a apple skim milk on the side
    apple slices w/ a protein bar
    those are some combos just choose natural foods hope that helped


  • Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts. Those all help with energy. Just do not look to sodas or other sugar loaded things for energy. The energy in those things are very temporary and can cause you to be more hungry afterward.


  • Wild meat.


  • fruit has glucose in it which is a natural source of energy and of course fruit is also very good for you and is revitalizing. that is why they give it to runners after a race and stuff.


  • fruits and vegetables...theyre cheap just go to the local grocery store and buy them.

    just dont drink soda, and dont eat stuff like doritos. either go to a grocery store or go to a health food store if you don't have anything healthy at your house already.
